Hololive EN’s Kiara Takanashi and Ina Ninomae send ‘SPARKS’ to Takodachis and KFPs at “Drawn to Dawn” Concert

The phoenix and priestess Vtubers paired up for their first headlining concert at The Wiltern

The latest concert in hololive EN’s history kicked off after its initial announcement in November 2025. After much anticipation, fans went all out to cheer on Kiara Takanashi and Ina’nis Ninomae, the two members of hololive English -Myth-. HoloMyth is the first wave of Vtubers under hololive’s English branch, and global fans of both Kiara and Ina were quite literally up from dawn to dusk for “Drawn to Dawn,” or the TakoTori concert. Together, takodachis (fans of Ina) and KFPs (fans of Kiara) met up in person, on stream, or through various satellite fan screening events.

Nearly six years after their debut, the two members headlined their first US concert at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. Fellow Myth wavemate, Mori Calliope, held her first solo US concert at the Hollywood Palladium in February 2025. Similar to how Ina and Kiara cheered her with a watch party, their genmate returned the favor and wrote a heartfelt post to congratulate the two.

In celebration of their upcoming concert, COVER Corporation and hololive held a special pre-party at the Gold Globe Bar at Dodgers Stadium earlier in the week. There, fans gathered and played a game of bingo alongside the two Vtubers, lovingly referred to as TakoTori. As an extra special treat, the lucky attendees got a special live short karaoke preview of what was to come. Ina and Kiara were able to shake off some pre-concert jitters with the help of their passionate fans.

One note, due to some confusion and delays, some fans were still in line to get into the venue up until 8:55PM. They readjusted by watching the free portion of the concert, which hololive generously extended while many were making their way inside. Many ticketholders weren’t aware of the item policy, which included a long list of prohibited items and limitations—some even stood in line with lifesized plushies. In the end, they had to check in those items as well as their well-decorated itabags at coat check.

Starting off the first of two sold-out nights, Kiara commenced the start of the concert with her trademark energetic personality and matching pyrotechnics. Her half of the concert focused on her original discography, and the setlist fittingly started with her first solo song “HINOTORI.” Debuting her brand new 3D outfit, she held the crowd’s full attention and surprised them with the inclusion of backup dancers. However, she commanded that all eyes remain on her as she took to the stage by herself for the next couple of songs. Yes, the concert was performed on a screen, but the production ensured complete immersion in the stage—exactly as if a real stage and person was performing in the flesh.

The phoenix warrior even spent her fan interaction segments showing off all parts of her new outfit, even providing some simulated wind to flaunt her clothing’s physics. There were additional elements to her outfit that she couldn’t wear for the first day, such as her hat and a cape, but she teased the crowd that they should stay tuned for the next day. Admirably, her strength is her outgoing personality as well as her natural skill as an idol. Dancing, singing, and stage presence aren’t easy to balance, and in her performance, she’s proven herself as an all-rounder.

After a brief intermission between sets, Ina, the priestess of the Ancient Ones took to the stage. Resetting the venue’s energy and metaphorically transitioning from Kiara’s fiery light of day to Ina’s command of night, the priestess ushered in a serene atmosphere. Her setlist began with her debut song “Meconopsis,” and eased the audience into an hour of calmer ballad songs. As she was less focused on upbeat choreography, Ina concentrated on her focal point: vocals. She performed challenging covers of YOASOBI’s “Gunjou” and Cö shu Nie’s “asphyxia,” and even debuted her new 3D outfit during the latter song. For her last song, “Takodachi no Uta,” she made a pinky promise that she’ll see everyone again before disappearing to a barrage of encore calls.

If it wasn’t for the obvious encore, the smooth transition between Kiara and Ina felt like an exciting opening bookended by a gentle goodbye. As they both appeared back for an English cover of “Kirameki Rider,” they donned a “Drawn to Dawn” t-shirt, similar to how other artists would do one more costume change during the last segment. There was a technical difficulty where the screen went blank and the stage transitioned back to Ina’s stage. Thankfully, the two girls kept everyone entertained while the staff worked to bring the show back to where they left off. Finally, Kiara and Ina asked the audience to use their towels, and impressively, the two women also took out their own mocapped towels. Despite not wanting to leave the stage, they had to say their final goodbyes.

As a special treat, Kiara and Ina screamed without their mics from behind the screen, proving that they were indeed there in person. A rare show of breaking immersion and the fourth wall, the no-mic scream scared takodachis and KFPs for missing an unfiltered version of their voices. No filters, no layered tracks; just a heartfelt message to their fans.

In closing, the two Vtubers visualized the pure admiration and passion they command both online and offline. From the stage production—including bright lasers, flames, and streamers—to structuring the setlist to fit the two HoloMyth member’s thematic scheme, the hololive staff, Kiara, and Ina ensured fans would enjoy a high octane night of their lives. In return, fans cheered until their voices were hoarse and their arms were sore from waving lightsticks. Considering the back to back success of the Englsih branch’s US solo and group concerts, expectations for hololive English 4th Concert -Serendipity- have only grown exponentially. As performers, the two members have been able to convert online passion to in-person attendance, and have changed the possibilities for content creators everywhere.
