Hey Digimon fans! If you have been following the news about the new Digimon sequel, here is big news for you: the sequel is going to be a series of six movies! It seems like they are going the Reboot of Evangelion route. As a fan of the first two Digimon Adventure seasons, I have been waiting for more news since its project announcement some months ago.
First bit of detail is the movies are going to have a group of new voices. Second bit of detail is there will be many returning singers to perform the opening and ending songs! This means that Ai Maeda and Kouji Wada are coming back! Thirdly, if you grew up watching the Japanese version of the series, the original casts for the Digimon voices are also reuniting for the sequel! So much awesomeness!
