Honestly, I doubt Type-Moon would even let a license rescue happen for the manga going forward. They seem to have no real interest in the original telling of Tsukihime’s (or Melty Blood for that matter) story.

The manga follows the original VN’s story pretty closely, while also sneaking in its own little bits and pieces that spoil the Far Side routes (*coughCielvsAkihacough*) that Type Moon is VEHEMENT on not spoiling, hence fan favorites missing from the Type Lumina roster (Riesbyfe, Eltnam, Satsuki, Warachia, Nanaya being a super rather than his own character) due to Nasu wanting to wait until he’s done with Red Garden.

I feel like they’d rather do an entirely new manga than just rerelease the original manga because they don’t want people reading the original story anymore. They want this new retelling of Tsukihime to completely replace the original.
