Hi there! Thank you for letting us know and terribly sorry for the inconvenience it caused.

Sorry, I wasn’t trying to blame you or anything like that. I also try to keep track of this stuff on my own by keeping an eye on a handful of sites, but every now and then there are certain movies that will still manage to slip past my radar. In this case it was because I honestly didn’t think that NYCC still did anime stuff like this, since there is now a dedicated anime convention (Anime NYC) that takes place one month later in the same exact location.

Anyway, the reason I brought this movie up on here now is because that article says it is the “U.S. Premiere”, which would seem to imply that it may eventually make its way to other theaters, so it may still be worth adding it to your list. Either way, thank you for maintaining this list. I really appreciate it!

Thank you for taking the time to respond back. I greatly appreciated it! And I agreed that they might show it in other theaters, so I went ahead added it to our list! Thank you once again!

Showings for the Konosuba movie appeared on 9/24 I think, and are selling pretty fast (at least at the theater I like).
By the way, do you have a separate 2020 movies article?

    1. Katy Castillo says:

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! I updated the films’ list to include the new Konosuba movie! The premiere is expected to happen in November based on the press release we received from Crunchyroll! Hope this helps! Also, I’m working on the 2020 films list and I hope to have in sometime next month! Thank you again! 🙂

I came back because they added an additional showing on Nov. 14, could you add that to the description?
I’m gonna stick to the premiere (should be fun with a big crowd), but I’d love if more people found out here and bought tickets for the other showing.

Hi there! I’m looking to see if I can find information about a November 14th screening, but I can’t find anything stating that. Could you please point me to where you found out about this?

          1. Katy Castillo says:

Sorry! I misread the string of comments in the backend of the site and thought you were talking about a separate film. I updated it! Thank you!

It’s already past now, but Trinity Seven Movie 2: Heavens Library to Crimson Lord was in U.S. Theaters at the end of March. (https://trinityseven.us/)

I used the 2018 article all throughout last year to keep track of what was coming out when. It’s a really great resource!
Penguin Highway was recently announced for April http://www.elevenarts.net/titles/penguin-highway
Looking forward to it and Okko’s Inn the most right now.
